Diversion Programs

Everyone makes mistakes. Offered at the discretion of a prosecuting attorney, our voluntary Diversion program offers a one-time opportunity for individuals charged with criminal offenses to avoid having a criminal conviction on their record.

Please make sure a Diversion Program Community Service card is filled out completely and clearly for EACH AGENCY where community service is performed. Cards must be turned in every month.
  • You MUST have pre-approval from the Diversion Director or Supervisor before volunteering at an agency that is not on this list to ensure those hours will be accepted.
