Certificate in Safety Leadership (CSL)
Develop the Leadership Skills That Create Safer Workplaces
Strong safety programs begin with strong leadership. The Certificate in Safety Leadership helps safety professionals, supervisors, managers, and organizational leaders build the skills needed to lead people, strengthen safety culture, and improve workplace performance.
Developed in partnership with the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the National Safety Council – Nebraska Chapter (NSCN), this certificate program combines safety management principles with leadership development. Throughout the program, you’ll strengthen your communication, decision-making, coaching, conflict management, and safety leadership skills while learning practical strategies you can apply immediately in your organization.
Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a Certificate in Safety Leadership endorsed by the University of Nebraska at Omaha and NSCN.
