We have created a new online database that should eliminate the paper request for cards. Here's how to access it.
1. Your first request for student cards after a 10 or 30 hour course should be submitted on paper, using the standard forms.
2. We will review your request, and establish a username and password for you in the new system.
3. We will then contact you with your new username / password and the URL for the card request database.
4. All further requests for cards may be submitted online.
We're looking forward to working with you to make getting your cards faster and easier!
