OSHA Authorized Training Available in Omaha! In 2003, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) designated the Midwest OSHA Education Centers, known as MOEC, to conduct OSHA Training Institute courses. MOEC is a partnership between the National Safety Council, Greater Omaha Chapter, St. Louis University of Public Health and Kirkwood Community College of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This partnership of programs provides a broad network of training resources that enables MOEC to offer premium quality training and educational services.
