Making Appropriate Decisions for Adults

COURSE DESCRIPTION :

This class meets the requirements for court-ordered decision-making (age 18 or older) education. The purpose of this six-hour class is to heighten the consciousness of the negative decision-making which led to legal consequences. Participants learn skills necessary to make future appropriate decisions.

COURSE INCLUDES :
  • Discussion of value systems vs. actions

  • Exploration of the problem behavior which led to arrest/ticket

  • Making healthy future choices

  • Verbal and non-verbal communication

  • Goal-setting  

  • Personal action plan
