When you click "Register Now" you will be asked questions about your ticket, your identification, and payment. Eligibility is determined by where you got your ticket, what violations are on the ticket, and when you have taken a class to dismiss a ticket before.
In addition, certain time limits exist (based on where you got your ticket) for how long you have to register and complete your class. Click on the registration page for details.

Cass County Tickets
Your County Attorney does NOT participate in a "Formal" ticket diversion program. Therefore, you must first CALL US to register for class; wait for approval from the County Attorney, THEN pay and schedule your class.
The County Attorney selects your course from the Cass County Options outlined below.
If you have a Cass County ticket, you must pre-register in person at 11620 M Circle, Omaha, NE.
