Am I Eligible to Dismiss My Ticket? Three Steps To Determine Eligiblity:
1. Where was your ticket written?
2. For which violations? -- scroll down to see typical violations
3. Have you taken a class in the past?
1. Where was your ticket written? If your ticket was written in Douglas, Washington, or Cass County* Nebraska OR Pottawattamie County, Iowa OR the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa, we can help! If your ticket was written elsewhere in Nebraska, you must register with the appropriate agency. If your ticket was written out of state, we may be able to help but you wil need to call / email us for registration advice.
2. County Attorneys / City Prosecutor's and State law determine which violations are eligibile. You will be asked to input your violation(s) during the registration process and violation eligibility will be determined at that time.
3. Nebraska law requires that you only take a ticket dismissal class for minor traffic violations once every three years. If your violation requires a STAR / ADD class, we look back as far as our records go; you may take this course once in a lifetime. IOWA rules require a one year lookback period.
