Payment, Reschedule, Cancellation and Refund policy
MC 101, BRC and ERC
Advance registration is required. Confirmation, including training sites, will be emailed or mailed upon registration.
We understand that your schedule may change at the last minute and/or emergencies may occur preventing you from attending. Understand that the motorcycle safety training classes fill up fast and there is a high demand for each class.
Once registered, we do not refund tuition or fees for cancellations, no shows, or reschedules unless we can place another student in your slot. Please advise us as soon as possible of your need to reschedule or cancel. A (7) seven day advanced notice to reschedule or cancel will greatly increase the odds that we will be able to find a replacement. All changes are subject either to our “No Refund” policy or a “Change Fee” of $35 if we are able to fill the slot you vacate.
We reserve the right to change or cancel classes. In that event, the above policy does not apply
