This is a “hands-on” position requiring regular, shop floor and McCook site presence.
It is expected that all Valmont employees engage in behaviors which demonstrate our core values and show respect, align actions to improve value for our customers, work effectively in a team, take responsibility to identify waste and find its root cause, and to engage as a lifelong learner who uses what she/he knows to make improvements.
